They taught us to grow and harvest our food, build sustainable shelter, collaborate, as well as learn how to work with the elements to generate health and prosperity for ourselves and our community.
Kʼé is the foundational Navajo philosophy of kinship, peace, solidarity, compassion, and proper relational behavior toward family, clan, and all creation.
Right Now, The Great Day of Purification is upon us, and the Stewards of our Homeland, our Wisdom Keepers, Tribal Nations and families of the Four Corners of Arizona, Colorado, Utah, and New Mexico, are asking for our support after disastrous monsoon floods buried their homes in water and mud, forcing their families to evacuate, many with no warning to save their animals or belongings.
If you are in one of these states, you may be in a unique position to lend direct support for those who have given so much to sustain the Earth and our people, those who have taught us the wisdom of the Earth so that we could prosper. For those across the U.S and anywhere else in the world, we can offer support through sharing or donating directly to tribal communities and organizations such as Navajo Nation of Rock Point Arizona, The Hopi Nation of Moencopi / The Hopi Foundation, San Juan United Way, and Soul Dog Rescue.
