In this months blog, we take a look at the events that are occurring from a wider lens, exploring the profound connection between Cycles, Cataclysms, and Consciousness, the relationship of our Inner and Outer Awareness, of our Mind, Body, and Spirit with the Earth, Sun, and Stars, as well as how to Adapt in Times of Change in Harmony with the Wisdom of Nature and our Ancestors.
The Great Day of Purification
The Great Day of Purification, according to the Hopi, is heralded by the arrival of the Blue Star Kachina, foretold to bring about Beautiful Blue Auroras, Cosmic Visitations, Cleansing Floods and Earthquakes, as well as high levels of Solar Activity. They also foretold that the Blue Star Kachina would be followed by the Red Star Kachina... which represents our next phase and frequency of the Purification, said to bring about Transformation through Fire, volcanic eruptions, and conflict or war.
In times such as these, it can feel like our struggles have no end in sight. But according to our Hopi ancestors, Guardians and Keepers of the Wisdom of the Earth and Stars, the Great Day of Purification is followed by the birth of 'The Fifth World,' a New World, a New Earth and a New Day of Peace, Renewal, and Prosperity, set forth and initiated on Earth by the Rainbow Warriors.

Many collective events have occurred in alignment with the Hopi Prophecies [1]... essentially everything mentioned in the prophecies so far has come to pass, especially since the 'Blue Star Kachina Removed Its Mask', i.e since our Sun entered a New Solar Cycle, and since the arrival of 3I Atlas in our Skies.
The synchronicities really started to spike when 3Eye Atlas was documented flashing Blue and rapidly brightening on October 29th, 2025, putting on a Light Show for us as it reached perihelion (its closest point to the Sun). The synchronicities continued when our Sun shared a very strong Solar Flare just as 3Eye Atlas was arriving, an Activation of Higher Frequency LightLove Energy, or burst of Solar Plasma Light that Awakened on Earth an incredible sight of Blue and Purple Auroras dancing across our skies.
Careful consideration, research, and intuitive discernment, has led me to believe the Blue Star Kachina is much more than 3Eye Atlas, however this appears to be a unique aspect, dimension, or manifestation of the Blue Star Kachina. The Hopi have led me to the belief that the Blue Star Kachina also manifests through our Sun, through the Earth's electromagnetic field (in the form of Auroras), and through our body's electromagnetic field in the form of the Blue Ray, the Frequency of Truth, Communication, and Purification commonly connected with the Vishuddha Chakra, Throat Chakra, or Fifth Chakra, as well as with Feminine/Yin/Magnetic Energy). The Blue Ray is sometimes associated with Masculine energy as well, depending on context and perspective.
Whereas, the Red Star Kachina manifests through Red Skies or Auroras, through the electromagnetic field of our bodies in the Frequency of the Red Ray, our Root Chakra, generally associated with Foundations, Stability, Security, and Vitality, as well as our Masculine Yang/Electric energy)... though the Red Ray can also resonate with feminine energies and qualities. When The Kachinas manifest through the Sun and Solar Cycles, the Sun shifts from slightly Blue or Warmer, to slightly Red or Cooler temperatures. (This may seem a little backwards, but stars turn bluer in color as they increase in temperature, just like fire)
This concept could help to explain why the star Sirius is also associated with stories told by some Hopi Elders regarding the Blue Star Kachina. Sirius, the brightest star in the night sky, appears with a Blue Hue. People often call it the "Dog Star" because of its home in the Canis Major constellation. You can find Sirius easily in the sky by following the line of Orion's Belt down and to the left. This Beautiful Star and Beacon of Light in our night sky just so happened to be aligned above the Great Pyramid at the time of arrival of 3Eye Atlas, and it was at this time that 3Eye Atlas was photographed to Brighten and Emanate a Blue Glow. Whether you believe 3Eye Atlas to be a comet, space craft, plasma-based lifeform, or a cosmic anomaly, this visitation aligns in many ways with the Hopi legend of the Blue Star Kachina and the Great Day of Purification.

[ On a Sirius Note (as it pertains to the wisdom of cycles) ~ The Sirius star has held great significance with many cultures throughout history. In addition to the Hopi, the Mayans, Sumerians, and Egyptians also revered the Sacred Alignment of Sirius. The Egyptians revered Sirius as it shined above the Nile and Great Pyramid every year, known to them as Sopdet or Sothis—because its annual reappearance in the morning sky reliably signaled the Life-giving flood of the Nile River. The heliacal rising of Sirius (appearing just before dawn after 70 days of invisibility) coincided with the summer inundation of the Nile, which deposited rich silt vital for Egyptian agriculture. Ancient Egyptians recognized the flood for its potential to Create and Nurture New Life. They would track the alignments of the stars and prepare their people for the return of the floods, then they would celebrate this time as the start of their New Year.
Another culture that revered the Sirius Star was the Dogon Tribe of Africa, who firmly believe their ancestry originates from Sirius... the Dogon have even displayed knowledge of the stars that could only have been known with knowledge or view of space... For example, their villages and rituals reflect a deep connection with the stars... and somehow, they managed to learn the layouts of all the stars in our galaxy, even the existence and exact placement of Pluto that cannot be seen with the naked eye on Earth, not without a telescope or knowledge of the stars... could the Dogon Tribe's knowledge of Pluto combined with their advanced spiritual wisdom attributed to Sirius, support the idea that we may have Star Family Ancestors? These purifications are occurring pretty much everywhere on the planet, and all of these events are fulfilling a prophecy - such as The Hopi Prophecy of The Blue Star Kachina and the Great Day of Purification.
Viewing these events from this perspective, allows us to see what is happening on a greater scale.

The shifting Solar Cycles are marked by the arrival of "Kachinas", Auroras/Plasma Beings/Spirits connected with Frequencies of Light, Solar Rays/Radiation, and Earth's Electromagnetic Field. These Cycles are intricately connected with the Sacred Dance of Heaven and Earth, Spirit and Matter, Creation and Destruction, Divine Masculine and Feminine Energy...
The Sun reminds us that creation has rhythm
The Sun appears constant to the naked eye. It rises, warms, and Lights the day. Yet the Sun is dynamic. It pulses with magnetic activity, solar flares, coronal mass ejections, and cycles of relative quiet and intensity.
This matters because the Sun gives us a Living model of cyclic force. Energy builds. Fields spin. Pressure releases. The system resets, not into stillness, but into movement.
As mentioned earlier, I believe the Kachinas manifest through the Sun and Solar Cycles, when the Sun shifts from slightly Blue or Warmer, to slightly Red or Cooler temperatures. The Kachinas manifest through our Sun, through the Earth's electromagnetic field (in the form of Auroras), and through our body's electromagnetic field (in the form of Masculine and Feminine energy.
The Blue Star Kachina connects us with Blue Ray, Auroras, and Feminine Energy, magnetic energy that flows like water, whereas the Red Star Kachina connects us with the Red Ray, Auroras, as well as our Masculine Yang energy, energy that electrifies and often expresses itself through structured flow like fire and foundational forms. There are also overlaps, depending on context, and wherever we see the Violet Ray or Purple Auroras, for there is always the Feminine aspect within the Masculine, as there is Masculine within the Feminine. These aspects inherent within the Divine Opposite have been referred to as the Anima and Animus. These aspects are within each and every person, and can be seen within every Yin/Yang symbol. The black dot within the white (the Dark within the Light), and white dot within the black, (the Light within the Dark). This is the Divine Dance of Light and Dark, Sun and Moon, Heaven and Earth, Spirit and Matter, Creation and Destruction, Divine Masculine and Feminine Energy.
Earth responds to the Sun's Rainbow Rays and electromagnetic energy in visible and invisible ways. Auroras flare near the poles when charged particles interact with the upper atmosphere. Radio communication can face interference during strong solar storms. Modern electrical systems must account for space weather because technological life now depends on fragile networks. Emotions may feel a little extra sensitive or fluctuate during these times, and you may also find your spiritual gifts may be heightened.
The lesson is not fear. The lesson is not to compete or fight for resources, or 'survival of the fittest.' At least, not according to our Hopi ancestors. According to them, the lessons of Cycles include Perspective, Growth, Healing, Balance, Adaptability, Creation, Cooperation, and the Awakening of Consciousness.
In times of Heightened Cosmic Energy, we have been guided to ~
Purify, drink plenty of Pure Water, eat Fresh Whole Living Foods, Breathe, Meditate, Connect with our Hearts, Connect with Nature, Connect with the Elements, Connect with the Sun, Connect with Spirit, Cleanse, and Create.
Rather than energy remaining stuck and building up in the body in the form stress or disease, we allow the energy to flow. When we allow the Conscious LoveLight Plasma energy from our Life Giving Sun to flow through us rather than resist it, this helps to promote Balance and Wellbeing for our Mind, Body, and Spirit, which then helps to support the Balance and Wellbeing of our family, community, and the Earth.

How Sense of Scale Can Help Us Shift Our Perspective from Ruin to Renewal
Consciousness often narrows around immediate concerns. A cataclysm widens the frame. It reminds us that we Live inside larger systems. Our body Lives inside the body of Earth. Ecology, the study of Earth, Lives inside Astrology, the study of planets and planetary motion. The perspective of planetary motion Lives inside solar rhythm. The Sun and solar rhythms Live inside Cosmic Cycles, Consciousness, and the flow of Galactic Time.
When people lose this sense of scale, collapse feels like meaningless punishment. When scale returns, collapse can be held within a deeper pattern. The pain remains real, but it is no longer isolated from the wider story of Creation.
Catalogued as NGC 7293, this amazing object is one of the most striking nebula to be seen, and it is one that has been captured by many amateur astrophotographers and professional observatories alike.
Ancient cultures watched the sky because survival depended on timing. Planting, migration, navigation, ritual, and rest were tied to patterns above and around them. Modern life has gained precision, but it has often lost intimacy or Awareness. We can measure cycles while forgetting how to feel rooted in them.
The key word and message here that the Ancestors want us to remember... is Cycles.
Sun Cycles.
Life Cycles.
Earth Cycles.
Cosmic Cycles.
Collapse is part of the cycle, not outside it
Modern culture often treats collapse as a mistake in the system. A flood, drought, earthquake, solar storm, war, or personal crisis feels like a rupture in the expected order. Something stable gives way. Plans lose their shape. What felt permanent starts to look fragile. But what appears fragile, also can never be truly destroyed... for nothing in the universe is ever truly lost, just transformed into another form of energy - The Law of Conservation of Energy.

Nature regenerates in cycles.
Rivers flood and rebuild soil. Volcanoes destroy settlements, but they also create fertile ground over time. Wildfires burn old growth, yet many ecosystems depend on fire to clear space and release seeds. Even stars live by cycles of fusion, exhaustion, collapse, and transformation.
This does not make suffering beautiful or harmless. Cataclysms can bring grief, displacement, and lasting damage. But they also reveal a truth that comfort often hides: life is cyclical, not fixed.
A cycle is not a simple circle. It is not repetition without change. A cycle carries memory forward. Each turn includes the marks of what came before. A burned forest does not return as the same forest. A person after grief does not return to an earlier self. A society after upheaval does not rebuild from a blank slate.
Creation moves through phases:
Accumulation, where energy gathers
Tension, where old forms strain
Rupture, where the structure fails
Reorganization, where new patterns form
Integration, where the new order stabilizes
Cataclysm is the rupture phase. It feels chaotic because the old map no longer fits the ground. Yet the ground is not empty. It holds seeds, memory, minerals, instincts, and relationships that can shape what comes next.
Consciousness changes when the pattern breaks
Consciousness finds a way to expand amidst the most difficult of our experiences, such as at the edge of disruption, destruction, or death/passage. Routine allows for the mind, body, and Spirit to efficiently process our emotions and conserve our energy. We may find ourselves moving through familiar thoughts, actions, and patterns, using assumptions from our worldview that usually work well enough for us on a daily basis. A crisis tends to interrupt that pattern, that comfort zone of safety and stability, opening an opportunity for a real shift in consciousness.
When the known world stops behaving as expected, our consciousness becomes more alert. It asks different questions.
What matters now?
What can be trusted?
What must be released?
What still lives beneath the damage?
This is not just abstract philosophy. A person who survives a Life-altering event often sees priorities change. A community struck by disaster may rediscover mutual aid. A culture facing environmental stress may question how it relates to land, energy, food, and time.
The connection of Cataclysms, Consciousness, and Cycles points toward a larger relationship between Outer Events and Inner Awareness. Solar cycles, for example, follows various cycles, one of them being 11-year rhythms of activity, another which appears to be roughly 13,000 years. The Solar Cycles can influence space weather, auroras, satellite systems, polar vortices, plate tectonics, and power grids. They remind us that Earth is not sealed off from cosmic rhythms. Life unfolds within layers of cycles, from the daily turning of the Earth to the Sun, Moon, Stars, to seasonal growth, climate patterns, and Shifts in Consciousness.
Consciousness Awakens as it learns to read the Cycles, the Rhythm of the Universe.
A rigid mind resists cycles. It wants permanent growth, permanent safety, permanent identity. An open mind understands that Life breathes in cycles of rise and fall, rest and renewal, death and germination. It does not welcome disaster, but it can meet change without losing all orientation.
Cataclysm becomes creative when awareness can turn rupture into relationship.
That relationship may be with the body, the land, the sky, the past, or other people. Collapse isolates at first. Consciousness then heals by reconnecting, reconnecting with the rhythms of the Universe, with Unity Consciousness.

Climate Change: A Closer Look at The Complex Cycles of Life on Earth
When we begin to understand the cycles of our Sun in relation to Life on Earth, certain collective shifts such as climate change, takes on a slightly different perspective.
While "climate change" is very real, as well as the need for Living in Harmony with Nature, creating EcoConscious Sustainable Systems that generate healthy BioActive energy, rather than harvesting and depleting precious energy and resources... the actual cause and catalyst for climate change may be different or a bit more complex than we have been led to believe.
When we look at Ice Core Data from Antarctica, referenced by renown Author and Researcher Randall Carlson, the Oxygen Isotopes tell a story of Cyclical Cooling and Warming on the Earth... He discusses these findings in two of his recent videos titled "Nepal Flood: Not a Glacial Lake Burst, but a Mountain Collapse"[11] and "The Apocalypse Comes in Cycles, and the Ancients Marked the Date" [12]
What we can depict from the isotope data, going back roughly 30,000 years (in the referenced video, however we have supposedly around 800,000 years worth of Ice Core Data [13]), is that Earth's temperature has always fluctuated regularly, however... there are some unique patterns emerging from the data...

The data reveals some unique patterns... first of them, being that every few years, the Earth experiences a Small Average Shift in Temperature, of roughly 2-3 degrees or more. And yet, another pattern begins to emerge when we look at the data from a larger scale...
When we look at the Ice Core Data from Antarctica over the span of 250,000 years, we can see that approximately every 13,000 years or so... the Earth experiences an unexplained Extreme Shift in Temperature, either a sudden drop in temperature (leading to Ice Age/Glacier Conditions) or sudden increase in temp/Global Warming/Interglacier Conditions)... and records show that regardless of cooling or warming, these extreme shifts in temperature and Earth's poles or electromagnetic field are generally followed by catastrophic conditions. So approximately 13,000 years ago, before the existence of cars, fast fashion, plastic pollution, and factory farms... the Earth's average temperature warmed rather suddenly... and in a span of just 5-7 years, the ice caps and glaciers melted, and catastrophic Earth changes occurred. [11]

These changes are similar to those we are seeing today, the same changes depicted in the stories of 120 Native American Tribes, in the story of Noah's Ark and the Great Flood in the Bible's Book of Genesis [14], the Eridu Genesis from the Sumerian Tablets [15], as well as the Sinking of the Islands of Atlantis detailed on the Edfu Temple or Temple of Horus in Egypt (Translated for us Thanks to Dr. Manu Seyfzedah [16], and shared with community along with the help of Trevor Grassi [16]), also translated in Timaeus and Criteus by Plato [17], as well as in books [18] and channelings [19] by Edgar Cayce, founder of A.R.E Foundation (Association for Research and Enlightenment) [20].
All of these stories depict flooding and volcanic activity... the kind of Earth shifts that helped to form many of the Beautiful Valleys and Canyons that we enjoy hiking and exploring today.
The ice core data from Antarctica shows that Earth's temperature, poles, and electromagnetic field fluctuate in accordance with the Solar Cycles [11] ... just like the Blue and Red Star Kachina depicted in the Hopi Prophecies. [1]

Cataclysms strip away false permanence.
Every collapse is also an exposure. It shows what was unstable, neglected, or out of balance.
A flood exposes where cities ignored watersheds, or where essential maintenance wasn't completed. A drought exposes fragile food systems. A power outage exposes dependence on invisible infrastructure. A personal breakdown exposes the cost of living without rest, truth, or support.
This exposure can feel cruel. Yet it can also become a form of revelation. Cataclysm makes hidden relationships visible.
The old form may have looked strong because it was familiar. Once pressure arrives, its weaknesses appear. This principle holds across many scales:
A forest crowded with dry underbrush becomes more vulnerable to intense fire.
A community without social trust struggles to respond to disaster.
A person who suppresses grief may find it returning through exhaustion or anxiety.
A culture that treats Earth as an object may face the limits of that belief.
Creation after collapse begins with honest seeing. That is the first act of Consciousness.
Not all rebuilding is renewal. Sometimes people rebuild the same brittle structure because it feels safe. True Creation asks harder questions. What did the collapse reveal? What should be released? What wants to emerge instead?
This is where Adapting, Nature Therapy, Earth elements like Herbs and Crystals, simple ritual or Meditation Tools and practices can help ground the Mind, Body, and Spirit.
Walking near water, tending soil, sitting in sunlight, breathing with trees, or holding a gemstone will not erase catastrophe. But these practices can restore contact with the Living world. They help the nervous system Remember that Life is More Than The Crisis. The body needs evidence of continuity. Nature offers that evidence every day. The Sun Rises and Sets. Rain Returns. Lotus Flowers Bloom. Fungi break down the fallen. Roots search for water. Birds rebuild nests after storms. None of this denies loss. It shows us that, in Divine Time, Renewal is not only possible, it is also promised.
Creation is not instant renewal
The language of renewal is easy, but the reality... is messy. As a write this blog, I understand that it is much easier said than done, to write these words, and to Talk of Transformation, than to actually Live It, Experience It, or Learn to Adapt Through the Thick of It. Sometimes it takes calling on a Strength we didn't know we had. The kind of Strength you can get when you Tap Back into your Roots, to the Wisdom of Mother Earth and Father Sky, of Nature and your Ancestors.
After disaster, people often want a clean story: the collapse happened, lessons were learned, something better appeared. Real Cycles occur in a slower, messier, sea of chaos.
Life needs time to Regenerate. Ash needs time to become soil. Grief needs time to become wisdom. A broken system needs time to reveal which parts can be repaired and which parts must decay. And, at the end of the day, what is Time... if not change itself?
Creation happens in the in-between, in the thick of change.
This phase can feel dark or empty because the old identity has dissolved and the new one has not yet formed. Myths and spiritual traditions often describe this as a descent, a 'dark night of the Soul,' an Initiation, Wilderness, or a Womb of Rebirth. Psychology might describe it as disorientation followed by integration. Ecology would call it succession, the gradual return and reshaping of Life after disturbance. Egyptians would call it Alchemy...Transmutation of Elements, Energy, and Emotion, into Higher States or Frequencies of Consciousness...
Alchemy originates from 'Khemet,' the Egyptian name for Ancient Egypt, meaning 'Black Land' or The Land of Black Fertile Soil. The name comes from the dark, rich soil left behind when the Nile River flooded each year in alignment with Sirius.... the dark mineral-rich soil that nurtured their crops and helped to provide fresh food and water for their people.
The names differ, but the movement is similar.
The in-between asks for patience, attention, and restraint. Not every impulse after collapse needs to be creative. Some come from panic. Some responses come from a genuine need for healing. Some come from nostalgia. Some try to dominate uncertainty instead of listening to it, and going with the flow.
A more conscious response follows a different rhythm:
Stabilize
Secure the basics. Food, Water, Shelter, Safety, Sleep, and Connection come first.
Witness
Name what happened without rushing to explain it away.
Release
Let the failed form be gone. This may include beliefs, habits, roles, or systems.
Listen
Watch for what still has Life, Potential, Spark. Small signs matter.
Create
Build from what is real and practical, not from what the old world demanded.
This list applies to personal collapse and collective upheaval. A society cannot create wisely while denying damage. A person cannot renew while pretending nothing ended.
The Elements Teach Us Transformation
The Elements of Earth, Air, Water, Fire, and Spirit are not just poetic symbols. They are the Foundations of Life. They also give a practical language for understanding Transformation.
Earth teaches Stability. Earth is connected with the physical body of Earth, as well as of us and All Life, as children of the Earth. Earth is Stability, Safety, Structure. After collapse, people need stable ground, they need structure and security. This can mean Sacred Space, stable routines, shared meals, natural medicine, repaired homes, local knowledge, and physical care. Earth asks, “Are my foundations secure or asking for balance?” or "How can I help to create Safe Space for myself and others?" Some Elements for Earth include Herbs, Crystals, Trees, and Plants. We can connect with these Elements to help us feel more Stable, Secure, and Connected to the Vitality of the Earth.
Air teaches Vision. Air is breath, communication, weather, imagination, and thought, the mental body. It carries information, seeds, and soundwaves of energy, frequency, and vibration. When its windy the mind is moving and getting cleared, along with stagnant energy. Air asks, “What new story can move through this Mind, Body, or space?” or "How often can I focus intentions more on my Breath, on taking deep regular breaths, to allow for Clearer Vision, Improved Communication, and Better Energy?" Some Elements for Air include Incense like Sage or Palo Santo, Crystals such as Blue Kyanite and Blue Lace Agate feathers, fans, and flow flags or scarfs. Connect with these Elements to welcome Healthy Harmonic flow for the Air within and without.
Water teaches Adaptation. Water works with the emotional body. Water flows, a natural guide and teacher for our emotions, and for many aspects of Life. Water changes shape without losing its nature. It adapts, moves around obstacles, gathers in low places, and carves stone through persistence. Water asks, “Where can movement return?” or "What emotions are asking for acknowledgement or integration?" Some Elements that resonate with Water include Natural Bodies of water such as Lakes, Rivers, Canyons, Streams, and Oceans, Fresh Fruits (Crystalline-Structured Water, Vitamins, and Minerals), Flowers (Sacred Structured Forms of Living Water), Aromatherapy Sprays, Bowls, Glass Vases, as well as Clear Quartz Crystals. If we feel called to invite a Little Love and Light into the Water Elements within and without, we can work with these resources to help promote Balanced Emotions and greater ability to go with the flow, no matter what Life has in store.
Fire teaches Transmutation. Fire transforms what it touches. Often associated with the essence of Spirit, it has the potential to create, destroy, purify, warm, and signal change. Conscious fire is disciplined energy, energy that Transmutes with Intention. Fire ranges in color and frequency depending on the Elements or material that is being transformed. Fire asks, “What must be burned away so Life can breathe or begin anew?” or "Where has Life lost its Spark, its Light, Warmth, Passion and Vitality?" Some Elements that resonate with Fire include the Sun, Candles, Crystals such as Fire Agate, Carnelian, Citrine, and Tigers Eye, as well as Spices such as Pepper, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, or Cardamom. We can work with these resources to help us embody the Transforming Power of Fire.
Ether/Spirit teaches Presence - Ether is Pure Consciousness / Plasma Light / Universal Body. Ether is connected with the Unified Field, the field that embodies the Akashic Records, or Living Library of Earth and the Cosmos, containing All Information of Past, Presence, and Future. Ether/Spirit asks, "What barrier to Love or limiting thoughts or beliefs do we hold that we can release, so that we can recognize ourselves as Divine Beings of Infinite Love, Light, and Creation?" Elements that reflect Ether or Spirit include Plasma, the Higher State of Fire and Water that manifests a Blue, Violet, or Purple Hue, often referred to as FireWater, Orgone, Prana, Chi, or Life Force Energy, Crystals such as Clear Quartz, Rainbow Fluorite, Rose Quartz, Amethyst, Lapis, Sodalite, Blue Kyanite, Blue Lace Agate, and many more, as well as Every Soul on Earth, every Beautiful Being in the Universe, an Awakening Star whose Ether originates from our Cosmic Central Sun. These Elements also help to balance one another. Too much fire becomes rage. Too little, becomes fear. Too much water becomes drift. Droughts lead to infertile and unnavigable deserts. Too much earth becomes rigidity. Not enough, structures can fall. Too much air becomes abstraction. Without it, Life cannot breathe. Creation needs all Elements in Harmony.
Cataclysm often begins when harmony has been lost. Renewal begins when balance becomes the focus again.

A New Cycle begins, asking for our participation.
Creation after collapse is not automatic. A seed can fail. A community can fracture. A person can harden around pain. The new cycle needs participation.
Participation begins with attention. Notice what the collapse has revealed. Notice what still Lives. Notice where energy is gathering. Notice what brings steadiness instead of numbness.
Then act at the right scale, utilizing the resources you have available.
For one person, that may mean regulating sleep, reconnecting with land, repairing one relationship, or making art, a wonderful method for transforming grief. For a community, it may mean restoring local food systems, protecting watersheds, creating gathering spaces, or learning from Indigenous tribes and wisdom keepers or ecological knowledge, the wisdom of Nature with respect. For a culture, it may mean leaving behind the fantasy of endless extraction and remembering that Life depends on Living Sustainable Systems.

The next cycle does not ask for perfection. It asks for coherence.
Thought, body, place, and action need to speak to one another again.
Cataclysms break the illusion that Consciousness is separate from the world. The mind is not floating above Earth, untouched by fire, flood, hunger, SunLight, or loss. Consciousness is relational. It is shaped by what it meets. In times of collapse, it can shrink into fear or widen into Responsibility.
That widening is the Creative Spark.
The forest after fire does not hurry. It begins where it is, in ash and Light, with the smallest green insistence...
So do we.
The Earth is changing beneath our feet... She is speaking.
...Reminding us to Cherish the Earth and Our Body, as a Temple, and to Honor The Time We Have on this Earth, as a Gift, as are the BeLoved Beings in our lives.
As the Earth releases one form of Life, it also embodies a field of Rebirth and Creation for another...The work is to Have Faith in the Divine Plan, in the Unity of All Life, learning to meet disaster with an open heart, without fear, or anger, honoring our grief rather than looking away, and Living with the humility of those who know that every form of Life is Equally Essential, Valuable, and Important...and with the wisdom of our Ancestors, understanding that Life appears temporary... but it is also Eternal.
For the Earth is but one plane of reality...
And nothing, no one, is ever truly lost or destroyed... only Transformed into a new form of Life, Energy, or Frequency of Love, Light, and Consciousness.
